Ridha explained that RH, who is the President Director of PT ENM for the 2022-2024 period, played a role in lobbying the leadership of PT SDI to illegally provide commitment fees to PT MUJ and PT ENM worth IDR 5 billion, related to the provision of goods and services between PT ENM and PT SDI in 2022-2023 for oil refinery projects in the Kalimantan and Riau regions.
"The suspect RH is suspected of being involved in the arrangement of a commitment fee in the form of an illegal flow of funds from PT SDI to PT ENM and PT MUJ with a nominal flow of funds of approximately up to around Rp. 5 billion," said Ridha i Bandung, Thursday, confiscated by Antara.
