There Are Still BPK Findings Despite Winning WTP, Pramono Orders Staff To Fix 60 Days

DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung admitted that he had ordered the ranks to improve notes and recommendations from the results of the 2024 DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Financial Report (LKPD) examination from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).

Despite receiving an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) from the examination of financial reports, BPK revealed a number of findings such as the lack of optimal regional financial management to the inventory of assets belonging to local governments.

"The BPK findings, we will follow up, we had already received WTP, I gathered all the teams to immediately within 60 days, what was recommended by the BPK, we will finish it," said Pramono in Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, Monday, May 26.

Pramono realized that efforts to improve regional financial and asset management in Jakarta still require improvement and continuous improvement.

"Therefore, I expect suggestions, inputs, and guidance from the BPK RI Representative of DKI Jakarta Province in realizing the financial governance of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government which is transparent, effective, and able to provide tangible benefits for the community," explained Pramono.

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has again received a WTP opinion from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) on the report on the results of the examination (LHP) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's financial statements for the 2024 fiscal year.

This was conveyed by Member V BPK RI Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi in the plenary meeting of the submission of the results of the 2025 DKI Jakarta LKPD examination.

"Based on the results of the examination and follow-up on the recommendations on the results of the previous BPK examination, BPK provides an Unqualified Opinion on the 2024 DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's financial statements," said Bobby at the DKI Jakarta DPRD building.

The WTP predicate from the regional government's (LKPD) financial statements is the eighth time it has been maintained in a row since 2017 or during Anies Baswedan's leadership as Governor of DKI Jakarta.

Despite winning the WTP title, BPK still found financial problems in the composition of the DKI Provincial Government's financial statements. One of them, the DKI Provincial Government has not been able to optimize regional management.

"Regional income management is not yet fully adequate, especially in terms of collection and calculating taxes and levies, so there is still potential for regional income that has not been collected," he said.

Then, the management of regional expenditures is also considered by the BPK not in full accordance with the provisions. This is reflected in the discovery of the implementation of goods and services expenditure work, as well as capital expenditures that are not in accordance with the contract.

Third, the administration of fixed assets and social-fasum assets has not been optimal. In addition, cooperation in the use of regional property has not been optimal, including the unacceptable contribution to some of these utilizations.
