JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan) has prepared 80 hectares of land in Subang Regency, West Java, to function as a center for developing superior cow seeds and artificial insemination services to support increased domestic livestock production.
Director General of Animal Husbandry and Health, Agung Suganda said, this initiative is part of the government's long-term strategy to open investment space as well as accelerate the availability of animal protein for the community, especially in order to support national priority programs such as Free Nutrition Food (MBG).

"Lands like this are very important to attract investors who want to contribute to strengthening the dairy cow industry. This is not just an asset development, but a real step to strengthen the national food system," he said.
