Defendant Sergeant Akbar Akui Orders KLK Bambang To Shoot Rental Boss On Tangerang Toll Road

JAKARTA - Two defendants who are members of the Indonesian Navy (AL) on behalf of First Sergeant Akbar Adli admitted that they ordered the defendant Classi Kepala (KLK) Bambang Apri Atmojo to shoot the boss (owner) of the car rental Ilyas Abdurrahman to death.

Initially, the Military Oditur from the Military Oditurat II-07 Jakarta Major Chk Gori Rambe asked Akbar about the reason he handed his gun over to Bambang.

"Is it true that the defendant ordered the defendant one to shoot?" asked Oditur Gori at the trial of the Jakarta Military Court II-08, Cakung, East Jakarta, Monday, March 3, confiscated by Antara.

"That's what we just asked ...," said Akbar.

"I heard the question, is it true that the defendant ordered the defendant to shoot one?" asked Gori again.

"We shouted 'Tut, shoot, Tut' if I'm not mistaken while shouting," Akbar replied.

"In the army what's his name?" said Gori.

"Ready, (the name is) an order," said Akbar.

It is known that Bambang did not have a Weapon Permit (SIS). Akbar admitted that he spontaneously handed over the weapon to Bambang to take care of himself.

This was because before arriving at the KM45 Rest Area, the defendant was involved in a clash in the Saketi area, Pandeglang, Banten with a group of victims who were about to take a rental car.

"Spontaneity is in my mind because the defendant is alone, I approached again and I handed over my weapon," said Akbar.

"Earlier I stated that the treatment of weapons, it must be attached to the owner? Why was it at Kilometer 45 that the defendant's inventory weapon was handed over to someone else?" asked Oditur again.

"I spontaneously submitted it because of the position of one defendant himself," Akbar replied.

Oditur admitted that he was surprised that Akbar could easily give the firearm to Bambang and even gave orders to shoot.

The fifth follow-up trial in the case of shooting the car rental boss with the defendant three members of the Indonesian Navy (AL) with the agenda of examining witnesses Nengsih and the defendant at the Jakarta Military Court II-08 starts today at 09.10 WIB.

The trial was chaired by Lieutenant Chief Judge Colonel Chk Arif Rachman with Lieutenant Lieutenant Colonel Chk Nanang Subeni and Lieutenant Lieutenant Judge Colonel Chk Gatot Sumarjono.

The three defendants, namely the defendant one on behalf of the Head Classi (KLK) Bambang Apri Atmojo, the defendant two Second Sergeant Akbar Adli and the defendant three First Sergeant Rafsin Hermawan.
