He explained that the SAR-capable sniffer dog is an animal belonging to the general public who has received special training from the K9 Animal Unit of the Directorate of Samapta Polda NTB.
"So, the sniffer dog that we sent to Bima already has SAR capabilities and has received training for about a year," he said.
He hopes that with the support from the K9 Animal Unit, victims of flash floods in Nanga Wera Village, Wera District, Bima Regency can be found soon.
