The continued trial of the alleged corruption case of the Soutblowing System Retrofit project of Bukit Asam PLTU was again held at the Palembang District Court.
The trial which took place at the Palembang State Court on Wednesday, February 5, PT Haga Jaya Mandiri and its owner, Hengky Pribadi, was in the main spotlight regarding the involvement in the project worth tens of billions of rupiah.
The three defendants in the case were Bambang Anggono (Former General Manager of PLN UIK SBS), Budi Widi Asmoro (Former SRM Engineering PLN UIK SBS), and Badminton Indrajaya (Director of PT Truba Engineering Indonesia).
During the trial, the Public Prosecutor presented six witnesses who provided information regarding the administrative and financial mechanisms of this project, namely Abdi Nafi (Former Manager of PLN UPK Bukit Asam), Fitratul Qadri (Former Assistant Manager of Engineering PLN UPK Bukit Asam).
Also Satria Prasetya Nugraha (Former Staff of Procurement Planning for PLN UIK SBS), Feri Setiawan Efendi (Former Official of Procurement Planning for PLN UIK SBS), Rizal Sirait (Former SRM Finance of PLN UIK SBS), and Martono (Former Manager of Senior Budget III of Central PLN).
In his statement, witness Satria and Feri revealed that two staff from PT Haga Jaya Mandiri and PT Truba Engineering Indonesia, namely Fandy alias Achmad Afandy and Eddy alias Nurhadi, took care of all project administrations at PLN UIK SBS. The two staff are known for the nickname "Upin and Ipin" by witness Feri.
In addition, several previous witnesses, including Handono, Riswanto, Nurhappy, and Fritz, also provided similar information regarding the roles of the two staff in the project.

Meanwhile, witness Rizal Sirait, who served as SRM Keuangan PLN UIK SBS, stated that he often communicated with the defendantbak Indrajaya regarding the collection of PT Truba Engineering Indonesia and PT Haga Jaya Mandiri.
"As far as I know, PT Haga Jaya Mandiri and PT Truba Engineering Indonesia are affiliated companies," he said.
At the end of the trial, the Chief Justice asked for information from verbalisan witnesses, Aldo Wardhana, who is a KPK investigator. Aldo revealed that the search in this case was carried out at the residences of the defendantsligus Indrajaya and Hengky Pribadi.
