GIANYAR-Gianyar Police, Bali, arrested three perpetrators of beating and stabbing the victim with the initials IMA (26) to death.

The three perpetrators with the initials IKI (27), IMTY (27), and IPS (27) beat them due to a motorcycle bump.

At the time of the incident, the three perpetrators used two motorbikes and the victim alone rode a motorbike.

"At that time, the suspect used approximately two motorbikes that we had secured and the victim used a motorbike, there was a series of accidents involved at the location and there was a fight between them," said Gianyar Police Chief AKBP Umar, Thursday, January 23.

The beating took place in the early hours of Friday on Jalan Raya Tojan, Blalahbatuh Village, in Blahbatuh District, Gianyar.

The victim was found dead covered in blood and immediately reported by residents to the police.

The perpetrator was also arrested separately. According to the perpetrator's statement, after the motorcycle collided, there was a fight referring to the beating.

The perpetrators are threatened with Article 170 of the Criminal Code or Article 338 of the Criminal Code or Article 351 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 of the Criminal Code concerning the crime of murder or beating or persecution with a threat of 15 years in prison.
