TANGERANG Road contours in the Teluknaga area, Tangerang Regency were badly damaged. It is suspected that the damage caused by the road is often traversed by trucks.

Based on VOI monitoring at the location, along the way from Neglasari, Tangerang City to Tanjung Pasir, Teluknaga, Tangerang Regency, conditions were very damaged.

The size of the hole on the road is quite large. So that many vehicles travel quite slowly to make it safe when crossing potholes.

Damaged road conditions are also seen in front of the Pangkalan Village office. Along the road there are many gaping street holes. The situation in front of the Pangkalan Village office is getting more and more uncomfortable, especially if it rains. Many holes on the road are flooded with water, muddy, and dangerous for road users.

Wahyu, one of the passing motorists, said that he felt uncomfortable crossing the road. This is because the contour of the road is badly damaged, as well as the dust of the road which makes him short of breath.

"This is a junk-allukan road. It's very bad, it's also big. It's dangerous and unhealthy because it is often dusty," Wahyu said when met at the location, Wednesday, January 22.

Wahyu suspects that the group of trucks for the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2 project that are milling about on the road is the cause of road damage in Teluknaga, Tangerang Regency.

According to him, the burden of land transportation for the reclamation of marine waters on the coast of Tangerang Regency is the cause.
