Propam Steps In To Check Detention Center Officers About Allegations Of Inspector General Napoleon Involving Ranks Related To The Persecution Of M Disappointed
JAKARTA - The Profession and Security Division (Propam) of the National Police intervened to examine the officers guarding the Criminal Investigation Agency detention center. The examination was to ensure the procedures for the detention at the detention center related to the persecution of Muhammad Kece.
"Propam Police has also examined prison guard officers who are suspected of not carrying out their duties properly, resulting in persecution in the detention cells", said Head of the National Police Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, in his statement, Monday, September 20.
There were indications that the duty officers did not carry out their duties according to procedures because there were allegations that Napoleon Bonaparte used his rank as a two-star general to intervene.
Moreover, until now Napoleon Bonaparte is still an active member of the National Police. This is because the case of removing red notices and DPOs (wanted list) at Immigration has not been resolved.
"Inspector General NB is still an active member of the National Police", said Sambo.
Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte is suspected of using his rank to overcome the supervision of prison officers during an act of persecution against Muhammad Kece. To prove this allegation, the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police also examined four-guard officers.
"On the other hand, the person concerned (Napoleon Bonaparte) is also still the boss, with a subordinate guarding the detainees. We will question that later", said the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Argo Yuwono to reporters separately.
In addition, the examination of the officers was also to explore several other things. For example, the beginning of the persecution until the action of Napoleon smearing Muhammad Kece with human waste.
"Later there we will find out what happened", said Argo.
"What is the chronology like, what are we waiting for", he continued.
