Komnas HAM Says There Are Differences In The Legal Standing Of TWK KPK Employees, BKN: Only Perception
JAKARTA - The State Civil Service Agency (BKN) denies any differences in legal standing or legal basis in the process up to the implementation of the National Insight Test Assessment (TWK) for KPK employees.
Head of BKN Bima Haria said this difference was due to the perception of the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) in accepting the answers given by the KPK and his party.
"In my opinion, there is no significant conflict. Maybe this is just a different perception, which we have also explained from the BKN's point of view," Bima told reporters at the Komnas HAM office, Latuharhary street, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, June 22.
Furthermore, his party has also explained the difference in the information referred to by Komnas HAM in the examination it has conducted. He claimed that the difference problem had been resolved.
"Perhaps friends from other agencies (who participated in the preparation of TWK questions, ed) have already explained from their point of view," said Bima.
For this reason, Bima hopes that this difference in perception will not be disputed again. He also said this would be a future evaluation.
"So that will be things that must be evaluated and a conclusion and recommendation made by Komnas HAM," he said.
Previously, Komnas HAM Monitoring and Investigation Commissioner Mohammad Choirul Anam said that there was a difference in the legal basis or legal standing between the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) in the implementation of the National Insight Test Assessment (TWK).
This was conveyed after Komnas HAM received information from the Deputy Chair of the KPK, Nurul Ghufron, who was present to clarify allegations of human rights violations in the implementation of the TWK.
"We got something a little different between the standing that was told to us by the KPK and by the BKN," Anam told reporters at his office, Latuharhary street, Central Jakarta, Thursday, June 17.

Given these differences, Komnas HAM will continue to deepen it. Moreover, this different information has a big influence in the process of transferring the status of KPK employees.
However, Anam refused to elaborate further. Because this is related to the ongoing investigation.
"There is a substantial issue where this has a big influence on why there are 75 results and 1,200 results. Substantially it exists and technically it also exists. So we can't mention it," he explained
