Police Shooting Students At SMKN 4 Semarang Fired
SEMARANG - Aipda R, a member of the Semarang Polrestabes, a dead shooter, a student of SMKN 4 Semarang, GRO, was sentenced to dishonorable dismissal (PTDH) or dismissal by the Central Java Police Code of Ethics Committee (KKEP).
The code of ethics trial against Aipda R was held in the courtroom for the Propam Division of the Central Java Police in Semarang, Monday, December 9, from 13.00 to 20.30 WIB.
Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Artanto, said the ethics committee panel handed down the PTDH decision against Aipda R.
"The person concerned filed an appeal against the decision," he said as quoted by ANTARA.
Aipda R was given the opportunity for three days to file an appeal.
In the panel of the Police Code of Ethics Committee, the examinee was declared guilty of a disgraceful act in the form of shooting a group of people or children who were driving.
Meanwhile, Kompolnas member Muhammad Chairul Anam, after attending the trial, appreciated the results of the ethics committee's trial.
"There are three decisions, the person concerned committed disgraceful acts, was served for 14 days, and PTDH," he said.
According to him, the decision is in accordance with the expectations of the community.
The parents of GRO, Andi Prabowo, who attended the reading of the verdict, asked for the fairest decision in the case.
"My wish was fired and the legal process continues," he said.

As for Aipda R, the police suspected of carrying out the shooting have now been detained and undergoing legal proceedings.
Meanwhile, the GRO family itself reported the alleged murder to the Central Java Police.
