Hospital Staff In East Lombok Died Of Suicide, Family Rejects Autopsy

JAKARTA - A hospital staff member in Terara District in East Lombok Regency, initials BS, died by hanging himself on a resident's tree in the local area.

Head of the Public Relations Section of the East Lombok Police, Nicolas Oesman, said that the temporary suspicion that the victim ended his life due to economic and love problems.

The victim was found by a colleague named dead, Friday, November 15 at around 07.00 WITA.

Seeing the incident, the witness summoned local residents to report the incident to the police.

According to several witnesses, the victim had told about economic and love problems, this allegedly prompted the victim to be desperate to end his life by hanging himself on a tree.

After processing the crime scene (TKP), the victim's body was taken to his house because the family refused to do an autopsy.

"The victim's family refused to do an autopsy by making a statement, the victim had been taken home for the funeral process," he said.
