Fleeing To Mount Sindur, 10 Day Girl Capper Arrested By Police
JAKARTA - The police arrested Yavin Hardjoko, who was the perpetrator of the confinement of the girl with the initials VLR for 10 days. The arrests were made at a hotel in the Gunung Sindur area, Bogor.
"The suspect was arrested because he had fled to an inn in the Gunung Sindur area, Bogor," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Wednesday, October 30.
The arrests were made a few days after the victim reported his confinement and acceptance of him.
It is known that the victim VLR managed to escape from the suspect's confinement for about 10 days.
"The suspect was arrested, only two days later from the report or yesterday afternoon," he said.
Currently, the suspect Yavin Hardjoko has been taken to the Tangerang Metro Police for further investigation. Especially to explore the motive behind the confinement action.
For information, the confinement action began when the victim became acquainted with the perpetrator through social media. Then hold a meeting in the West Jakarta area.
After that the victim was invited to the perpetrator's house on Jalan Prabu Siliwangi, Cibodas, Tangerang City. Arriving at the location, it turned out that the victim was being held at the perpetrator's house.
"So the suspect is suspected of detaining the victim, because the victim and suspect based on the facts found by the investigator knew him through Facebook and the victim had been in confinement for about 10 days," said Ade.
