Kemensetneg's Twitter Attacked By Netizens, PKB Politician Satire Critics Of Posts About Jokowi 'Singles Are Envy'

JAKARTA - The official Twitter account of the State Secretariat has become a hot topic for netizens because it published a photo of President Joko Widodo attending the wedding of the celebrity couple Atta Halilintar-Aurel Hermansyah.

Responding to that, the political parties supporting the government also defended. PKB politician, Luqman Hakim, considered it pointless to criticize the problem of 'change'.

In fact, he suspects that critics of the State Secretariat Ministry's Twitter account are from opposition groups.

"There is no point in making a fuss about the posting of the Ministry of State's social media accounts over Mr. Jokowi's activities in attending Aurel and Atta's wedding, it is useless. Criticizing such problems, it is likely only coming from two groups. The opposition that is not smart or singles who hurts seeing marriage" said Luqman Hakim, Monday, April 5.

Luqman assessed that the upload did not need to be exaggerated to become a polemic.

"Let's just say that Kemensesneg is helping the campaign for a good marriage to the community," said the deputy chairman of Commission II of the DPR.

Luqman invites netizens to see a more positive side of view. According to him, uploads featuring President Jokowi as a marriage witness are a good sign for society. Especially those who will get married.

"There is an opportunity for the prospective bride and groom, whoever it is, who wants Mr. Jokowi as a witness to her marriage," said Luqman.
