SBY: Prabowo Has Idealism To Target But 'Cuaca Is Not Always Bright'

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Democratic Party's High Council, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY), said that the elected President, Prabowo Subianto, has ideals to the right target in leading Indonesia. However, it is undeniable that various obstacles will be faced.

He made this statement when delivering a speech on the 23rd Anniversary of the Democratic Party in Jakarta.

"I often talk with the elected President Prabowo, he has idealism, he has a clear agenda, has a target that I think is right," said SBY, Monday, September 9.

However, in carrying out all his plans, SBY assessed that there would be many challenges and problems to be faced.

Therefore, all Democrat Party cadres were asked to remain close to the ranks and help make Prabowo Subianto's leadership a success.

"But we know the weather is not always sunny, challenges, and problems will be everywhere, coming and going," he said.

"With this, all of them are increasingly making the Democratic party's determination to make the leadership of the next president and his government successful," continued SBY.

By making all the programs that Prabowo runs a success, it means helping to please all Indonesian people.

"Because if the success that is happy is the Indonesian people we love together, that is my message and hope as a parent," said SBY.
