What Is The Fate Of Betrand Peto When Ruben Onsu And Sarwendah Are Officially Divorced?
JAKARTA - Sarwendah's attorney, Chris Sam Siwu, tried to explain the fate of Betrand Peto after Ruben Onsu and his client officially divorced.
Chris said that Betrand Peto or who is familiarly called Onyo was considered old enough legally to be able to make his own choice to join Ruben or Sarwendah.
"For Onyo, he is an adult, he has the right to determine his own position. He wants to join anyone, either Sarwendah or Ruben, or he wants to return to his house because he is an adult," said Chris Sam Siwu in the Ampera area, Tuesday, August 27.
Furthermore, Chris repeated that neither Sarwendah nor Ruben Onsu had any demands regarding child custody in their divorce.
This is a sign that the two of them have agreed to continue to take care of their three children together.
"In this lawsuit, it's just a divorce. Don't talk about child custody or it's not like this. This means that we illustrate the custody of this child that they have agreed to take care of it together," explained Chris Sam Siwu.
"Only according to the child protection law, children under the age of 12 are still in the mother's position. But this custody is carried out together," he said.

Until now, Chris also ensured that Sarwendah and Ruben's relationship was still fine and compact to educate and care for their three children.
"That's why when asked about his care, I don't think anything has changed. Because we've seen that they continue to be united. On social media it is also compact to continue educating children and taking care of them without love," he said.
