Gerindra Calls All Political Parties KIM No Problem There Are Other Political Parties Joining

JAKARTA - Gerindra Party Daily Chair Sufmi Dasco Ahmad ensured that political parties (political parties) members of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) would not object if other political parties would join.

According to him, all political parties visiting Gerindra Party Chair Prabowo Subianto in Kertanegara last night, have agreed to support the government of President-elect Prabowo Subianto.

"We have communicated with existing parties, such as PAN, Golkar, Democrats, there is no problem and God willing, it will run smoothly," said Dasco after attending the MPR Annual Session at the Parliament Complex, Jakarta, Friday, August 16, which was confiscated by Antara.

A number of political parties visited Prabowo's residence last night, namely the Nasdem Party, PPP, and the Perindo Party. They visited separately on Thursday, August 15 evening.

By joining a number of political parties to KIM, according to him, the new Prabowo-Gibran government will be carried out together, both by old parties and with new parties.

On the evening of Thursday, August 15, the General Chairperson of the Nasdem Party, Surya Paloh, was the first person to visit Prabowo Subianto's residence. At that time, Surya stated that he would cooperate with Prabowo, while at the same time stating that he did not support Anies Baswedan to run in the 2024 Jakarta regional elections.

Furthermore, Plt Chairman of PPP Muhammad Mardiono also visited Prabowo and conveyed his party's decision to join the Forward Indonesia Coalition as well as support the upcoming government.

And finally, Prabowo also received a visit from the Chairman of the Perindo Party Angela Tanoesoedibjo. The new chairman of the party then expressed his support for the next government to be able to contribute more to the country.
