Palestinian Presidential Spokesperson Condemns 1,200 Jewish Citizens To Al Aqsa Mosque Complex

Palestinian Presidential Spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh on Tuesday warned of the impact of dangerous provocations, as thousands of Jews entered the Al Aqsa Mosque complex on Tuesday.

Abu Rudeineh also held the Israeli occupation government accountable for these practices, as well as their dangers in provoking the feelings of the Palestinians, Arabs and Muslims.

"We demand that the US government immediately intervene to force the occupation government to stop this provocation against religious holy places, maintain historical and legal status in the city of Jerusalem, and stop aggression against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, and attacks on the West Bank if it wants to prevent the region from exploding in an uncontrolled manner," he said in a statement. a statement, according to WAFA August 13.

As previously reported, Jews flocked to the Al Aqsa Mosque Complex in Jerusalem occupied under Israeli police protection.

According to Jerusalem's Islamic Waqf, 1,200 Jewish citizens entered the mosque complex in groups, performing the Talmud ritual in its courtyard in an unprecedented raid operation, as thousands of people are expected to storm the Al-Aqsa Mosque in the morning and evening.

At the same time, Israeli occupation forces blocked the entry of worshipers into the Al-Aqsa Mosque Courtyard, deploying large troops at its gates to facilitate the invasion of Jews to the Muslim holy site.

Abu Rudeineh emphasized that this provocation occurred within the framework of a comprehensive war launched by the extremal occupation government against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including Jerusalem.

He stressed that peace and security throughout the region would not be achieved without a just solution to the Palestinian struggle and the formation of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital, along with its holy places, both Islam and Christianity.
