Men Mental Disorders Escape From Rehabilitation, Women In London Asked To Be Alert

JAKARTA - Police are hunting for a man with a mental disorder who escaped from a rehabilitation facility or treatment facility in Ilford, east London, England.

Narayanan's reply, 44, who had a record of violence against women running away when he received permission to leave for rehabilitation to the park under the guard of officers.

"Our investigation to find the Replamankar continues, we urge the public to help find it," read a statement from the London Metropolitan Police, quoted from Metro.co.uk, Friday 9 August.

Police say the man has record of activities in a number of areas in London, especially Newham, Greenford, Hammersmith, Highgate, Ilford, and West Midlands. This includes in Grays and Manchester.

"He can be rude and considered risky for women. If you see him, please don't approach him, but immediately contact the police," continued the statement.

This is the fourth time, Narayanan has escaped from his treatment facility.

The incident in east London after a man with a mental disorder escaped from rehabilitation had occurred in April 2004. At that time, Philip Theophilou, 54, who escaped from his mental health facility inILton stabbed his neighbor to death.
