JAKARTA - Police are hunting for a man with a mental disorder who escaped from a rehabilitation facility or treatment facility in Ilford, east London, England.
Narayanan's reply, 44, who had a record of violence against women running away when he received permission to leave for rehabilitation to the park under the guard of officers.
