Opposition Asks British PM Firmly To Right Wing Extremists Riots Demo

JAKARTA - The British Conservative Party has asked the Prime Minister (PM) Keir Starmer to be firm against anti-migrant right-wings who have been rioting in many parts of England recently.

The candidate for Chairman of the Conservative Party, Robert Jenrick, considers it a coward for the inconsistency of the British Prime Minister from the Labor Party.

"We must not be careless or selective in our way of mentioning violence," he told Times Radio, quoted from the Mirror, Wednesday, August 7.

He emphasized that the culprits of this riot came from the'securrence gang'.

"I think the Prime Minister is not as clear as it should be about the fact that, despite the majority, most of the incidents we see come from the rightmost groups or come from criminals who choose to take part in this incident, there are still a small number of sectarian gangs that have caused disruption, violence and intimidation, for example in Birmingham," Jenrick said.

Jenrick said there should be moral clarity regarding the violence that occurs in anti-migrant demonstrations at many points in the UK.

"Whoever is responsible for it," he said.
