The Death Toll Of The Train In India Increases To 2 People, 60 Injured
JAKARTA - The death toll from the train skidded in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh, India increased to 2 people.
While the injured were 60 people, 2 of them were seriously injured.
The Dibruth Express train had an accident between the Jhilahi UP and Gosai Dihwa train stations on Thursday, July 18, at 14:37 local time.
"It happened around 14.37," said CPRO of the Northeast Railway, Pankaj Singh to ANI, quoted from the Hindustan Times, Thursday, July 18.
Shortly after the accident report, train officers went straight to the accident site. Trains that function for medical treatment have also been deployed.
Previously, the head of the Uttar Pradesh state minister, Yogi Adityanath, said that his party had deployed district government officials to the scene to speed up the handling process.Yogi also asked the victims to be taken to the hospital for proper treatment.
