Yasmine Ow And Aditya Zoni Have Different Opinions About Schedules To Meet Children
JAKARTA - Yasmine Ow through his attorney, Machi Ahmad said that his party is optimistic in obtaining child custody as he has been demanding from the start filing a divorce suit.
"Yes, of course, because she is her mother, she is also the one who gave birth, she feels that she is providing too," said Machi Ahmad at the Cibinong Religious Court, Tuesday, July 16.
Furthermore, Machi also denied that his client made it difficult for Aditya Zoni to meet their child.
"Then there are no problems because the children have been with Yasmine, for Adit and Yasmine it is not limiting, the defendant comes and visits there is no problem," explained Machi Ahmad.
"I don't think that's there, it's complicated, maybe because I was with his mother. Yesterday I saw the story of my client bringing the child together with Adit, so that's not true. If the defendant wants to meet the child, it's not difficult," said Machi Ahmad.
Machi also said that so far there are no plans to bring his son to move to Malaysia. He felt that it was just a fear from Aditya Zoni's side.
"There is no plan from my client like that, maybe it is the fear of the defendant, so it has been conveyed in the mediation room that my client has no such intention," he said.

"The evidence is that the defendant, if he wants to play, doesn't have a problem," he said.
Unfortunately, this is different from Aditya Zoni's opinion which said it was difficult to meet their child several times.
"There have been several times that it has been difficult for Adit to call, he hasn't been picked up several times, he hasn't called the nurse. Several times it happened like that and it was revealed some time ago by Adit," said Emile Oemar, Aditya Zoni's attorney.
