Kompolnas Encourages Central Java Police To Check 5 Oknum Tilap Barang Barang Barang Barang Sabu

JAKARTA - Member of the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) Poengky Indarti encouraged the Central Java Police Propam to conduct an examination of 5 members of Sub-Directorate III of the Narcotics Directorate who were suspected of misappropriating drug evidence resulting from disclosure.

"Kompolnas encourages criminal examination as well as a code of ethics against 5 members suspected of being involved, with the support of scientific crime investigation so that the results are valid," said Poengky when confirmed, Tuesday, July 16.

He also said that if the 5 members were proven to have committed a criminal act, then they should be given severe punishment. Because according to him they are officers who must obey the law.

"If it is true that they are proven to have committed a criminal act, then they must be sentenced firmly, and if necessary, they will be given a penalty because as members of the National Police they must obey the law," he said.

Poengky admitted that he would encourage the police to conduct an examination of the 5 members of the Central Java Police, to find out whether they consumed and sold the illicit goods.

"Kompolnas juga mendorong pemeriksaan pidana dan kode etik menjangkai apakah benar mereka hanya mengonsumsi, atau apakah ada yang dijual? Dengan proses pidana dan kode etik yang tegas, pasti akan menimbulkan efek jera," ujarnya.

Five members of the Central Java Regional Police were arrested in connection with the alleged misappropriation of drug evidence resulting from the disclosure of a number of cases.

The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Satake Bayu Setianto, responded to information about the prosecution of the five police officers.

"It has been processed," said Kombes Satake, Monday, July 17.

From the information gathered, five police officers were arrested by Paminal Propam and the Central Java Police Narcotics Directorate. They were arrested on suspicion of drug evidence from prosecution.

The five policemen are members of the Narcotics Directorate of the Central Java Police. They reduced the weight of the evidence from the disclosure by a total of 250 grams.
