Corruption In The Solar Drilling Well Project In North Lombok, Police Set 3 New Suspects From The Private
NTB - North Lombok Resort Police (Polres) investigators have named three new suspects in the alleged corruption case of the solar-powered drilling well construction project.
Head of the North Lombok Police Satreskrim Iptu Ghufron Subeki said the three new suspects came from the private sector.
"They (three new suspects) are providers or project partners," said Ghufron by telephone, Monday, July 15, quoted by Antara.
Three new suspects from this case have the initials RS, HM, and HR. In determining the suspect, it was revealed that the three were actively involved in criminal acts that resulted in the project not running according to planning.
"So, the position of provider or partner has been arranged to get a job. They are also involved in transferring most of the work to other parties who do not have qualifications in the field of work (solar-powered drill wells)," he said.
With this determination, the number of suspects in this case is four people. The first suspect with the initials S, who is the power user of the budget (KPA) as well as the project commitment maker (PPK).
The file belonging to suspect S is known to have been P-21 or the file was declared complete by the research prosecutor at the Mataram District Attorney's Office.
"So, for suspect S, we have only two steps left, transfer the suspect and evidence to the public prosecutor," he said.

However, for the implementation of the second phase of suspect S, Ghufron said investigators were still waiting for the filing process belonging to three new suspects.
Investigators have named four suspects in this case by considering the findings of state financial losses as a result of an audit by the NTB Supervisory and Development Agency (BPKP) worth Rp408 million.
Auditors assessed that the procurement of these goods was a total loss because farmers could not take advantage of it.
Investigators have named four suspects by applying the allegations of Article 2 paragraph (1) and/or Article 3 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
The case, which is being handled by the North Lombok Police, comes from public reports. The project was running in the 2016 fiscal year with the work at three different locations, namely in West Winners' Hamlet, Winners' District, and two points in Sigar Penjalin Hamlet, Tanjung District.
