Dear Putin, US President Ready To Communicate If He Called Russia First
JAKARTA - United States (US) President Joe Biden admitted that he was not ready to engage in direct conversations with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"I have no strong reason to talk to Putin at this time," he told reporters during a post-NATO summit press conference in Washington, USA, quoted from Tass, Friday, July 12.
According to him, there is no practical reason for him to speak directly to Putin at this time.
"There's not much he (Putin) is ready to do to accommodate any changes in his behavior," he continued.

"There is no world leader that I am not ready to face, but <...> the point is whether Putin is ready to talk. I'm not ready to talk to Putin yet," said Biden.
