Having Failed To Establish Different Religions, El Rumi Chooses To Be Friends With Eca Aura

JAKARTA - El Rumi finally answered regarding his close relationship with newcomer artist Elsa Japasal alias Eca Aura who was accused of having a special relationship. In a video clip that El Rumi re-uploaded firmly said that he and Eca were just ordinary friends.

"We are just friends," said El Rumi, quoted by VOI from Instagram @rumpi_gosip, Wednesday, July 10.

Furthermore, El explained that the main reason for him and Eca was only friends because of their religious differences where El Rumi was Muslim and Eca was a Christian.

Ahmad Dhani and Maia Estianty's second child admitted that he did not want to repeat the same mistakes again in the past, namely establishing different religions.

"If you continue, it's the same as repeating the past. Yes, it's impossible to continue too," said El.

The reason is that it is known that the owner of the full name Ahmad Jalaluddin Rumi had a relationship with Marsa Aruan, who had different beliefs, but their relationship had to run aground.

Apart from El Rumi, on another occasion, Eca herself has also said that her relationship with El is not more than a friend because of their religious differences.

Even Eca said this in front of El Rumi's mother, Maia Estianty. "(It can't be because) we are of different religions," said Eca Aura.

Rumors of the romance between El Rumi and Eca Aura first surfaced when the two watched the Bruno Mars concert in Thailand, at the end of March 2024. Since then, they have often been seen together on several occasions.

Even at El Rumi's 25th birthday party, on June 2, Eca was seen attending and mingled with other invited guests.
