Teguh Santoso Optimistic Democratic Party Cadre Ideally Accompanied Bobby Nasution In The 2024 North Sumatra Gubernatorial Election
JAKARTA - Teguh Santosa emphasized that the Democratic Party is not a cans and cans party. The party founded by Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has the experience of leading national development for ten years and making the nation proud on the international stage. In the context of the North Sumatra Pilgub, Democratic Party cadres are ready to support Bobby Nasution.
As a party with a measurable regeneration system, many Democratic Party cadres can be trusted to play an active role in regional development, including in North Sumatra. Chairman of the Indonesian Cyber Media Network (JMSI), Teguh Santosa, conveyed this in a written statement received by VOI from Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, South Korea, on Monday 24 June.
Teguh Santosa is one of three names proposed by the Democratic Party to accompany Bobby Nasution in the 2024 North Sumatra gubernatorial election. Teguh's name was first circulated after the chairman of the Democratic Party's Election Winning Body (Bappilu), Andi Arief, assigned him to run as a candidate for deputy governor to accompany Bobby Nasution at the end of last May. The former Chancellor of Bung Karno University (UBK) has also met with the Chairman of the Democratic Party, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, who hopes that the Bobby-Teguh duet can be realized.
Later, the Deputy of Bappilu for the Democratic Party, Kamhar Lakumani, revealed two additional names from the Democratic Party that have the opportunity to be paired with Bobby Nasution. They are the Chairman of the North Sumatra Democratic Party DPD, M. Lokol Nasution, and the former South Tapanuli Regent who is now a member of the Indonesian Parliament, Ongku P. Hasibuan.
Teguh Santosa stated that he had no problem proposing the three names. This man who was born in Medan sees this as proof that the Democratic Party has many qualified cadres.
"Indeed, the Democratic Party only has five seats in the North Sumatra DPRD, but the main strength of the Democratic Party lies in a good regeneration system and Pak SBY's success in leading Indonesia from 2004 to 2014. The ideal Democratic Party will accompany Mas Bobby's government," he said.
