Ammar Zoni's Appeal Is Rejected, Irish Bella Officially Sandang's Widow Status

JAKARTA - Ammar Zoni's attorney, Jon Mathias, conveyed the continuation of the appeal requested by Ammar Zoni to Irish Bella after being divorced by the Depok Religious Court (PA) some time ago.

Jon said that Ammar Zoni's appeal was rejected by the Bandung Religious High Court (PTA).

"The appeal case has been completed. The decision of the Bandung Religious High Court strengthens the decision of the Depok Religious Court, meaning that it remains divorced," said Jon Mathias to the media crew in a short message, Tuesday, June 18.

Seeing this, Jon emphasized that Ammar Zoni accepted the decision with the aim of freeing Irish Bella from his household affairs.

"We suggest going to Ammar if the appeal is not accepted, then we are good at accepting it. Right now Irish Bella is making a living. The cost of Ammar of Rp. 10 million per month will definitely not cover it," said Jon.

"So we suggest just accept it, so that Irish is free from the Ammar case. It's like not being disturbed," he added.

For your information, in the divorce trial decision at the Depok Religious Court, Irish Bella got custody of her two children.

In addition, Ammar is required to provide a living for their two children of Rp. 10 million per month.

Seeing this, Ammar, who did not agree with his separation from Irish Bella, finally made him appeal to the Bandung Religious Court.
