Land In Bekasi Regency Was Grabbed By Developers, 2.6 Hectare Land Owners In Cikarang Report Bareskrim Polri
JAKARTA - M Rezza, a resident in Cikarang, West Java, came to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Headquarters to make a report on the alleged seizure of land related to the construction of the Cendana Spark Lippo Cikarang housing.
The 2.6 hectare land owner was accompanied by his attorney from the Legal Office of Muchtar Pakpahan & Associate. The report made by Rezza was received with the number STTL / 190 / VI / 2024 / BARESKRIM.
At the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Headquarters, Rezza revealed the alleged land grabbing case covering a 2.6 hectare plot of land recorded in Letter C with number 39 Persil 685.
The plot of land he owns is said to have not yet completed the payment, but the developer has carried out the construction.
"The purchase of land by the developer is not comprehensive, but only partially, namely on the face of the road. The land was then built and closed the access road for residents," said Rezza.

"Therefore, residents are inevitably forced to sell their land cheaply to developers," he explained.
The incident was revealed by Rezza, almost all of which were experienced by land owners who intersected with land owned by Lippo Cikarang. This, he said, was very detrimental to local residents.
Considering that they not only lost access to roads, residents were also forced to sell their land cheap because they were confined to a housing project.
"So it's not just my land, but almost the entire land of residents which is included in the construction process of the Cendana Spark Lippo Cikarang housing, this is the same fate," said Rezza.
"As residents, this incident is clearly very detrimental. We ask the authorities to provide us with justice, immediately stop development before payment is completed to residents," he explained.
