Right Hand Of Ecstasy Dealer Arrested In Malacca Duren Sawit, Hundreds Of Pills Worth IDR 1.5 Billion Confiscated

The Cakung Police have arrested the right hand of an ecstasy dealer with the initials PCR alias Adit (27) in a house in the Malacca Jaya area, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, Friday, June 14.

During the raid, the police found 514 green ecstasy pills stored in Magic Com Yongma. In addition to arresting Adit, the police also arrested the suspect's younger brother with the initials DJA.

"During a search in the magic com of the Yongma brand, 514 ecstasy pills were found," said Cakung Police Chief, Kompol Panji Ali Candra to reporters, Friday, June 14.

Total evidence was confiscated 514 ecstasy pills consisting of 4 plastic packs each 100 pills. Then one plastic package containing 95 pills. Then 1 pack of ecstasy pills containing 19 ecstasy pills and one black plastic bag, as well as 4 plastic clips of various sizes.

"The calculation if converted into rupiah is around Rp. 1.5 billion. The goods were obtained by perpetrators from brother A (large airport), via telegram using an overseas number," he said.

Currently, the Cakung Police are still searching for the dealer with the initials A. In every ecstasy delivery, Adit admits that he gets a road salary of Rp. 2 million from A, which is the dealer who owns ecstasy.

"The perpetrator has also sold 100 ecstasy pills before and also given 1 million wages by brother A," he said.

It is planned that 514 ecstasy will be sold to consumers in Jakarta and other entertainment venues.

"Alhamdulillah, the Cakung Police arrested the perpetrator first. The PCR suspect alias Adit was charged with Article 114 paragraph 2 subsidiary Article 112 paragraph 2 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics with a maximum penalty of 12 years with a criminal grudge of 800 million a maximum of 8 billion," he said.
