WhatsApp Develops Button Share Status For Certain Contacts
JAKARTA WhatsApp messaging platform will update the view of the Status sharing feature. If previously WhatsApp presented three options to share status, users will see only two options. In today's WhatsApp version, users will see three menus, namely My Contact, My Contact Except..., Only Share with.... However, in the beta version 2.24.12.27, users will only see the All Contacts and Specific Contacts menu. This button is updated to reduce unwanted errors when sharing status. Not infrequently users click the option of sharing status to all contacts accidentally, even though they only want to share it with certain contacts. Although users only get two choices, users can still share the status with everyone and get rid of certain people. Based on the WABetaInfo findings, users can exclude contacts in the All Contacts menu. The latest version of the button sharing this status has just been launched and can only be seen by some testers in the beta version. In the near future, this feature will be extended to more examiners before launching in a more stable version.

Meanwhile, WhatsApp is developing the ability to set images in events created within the Community. Of course, this capability is limited and can only be accessed by Community admins. This feature will improve the community access experience and make it easier for members to differentiate events.
