Anas Is Replaced By SBY, AHY Is Replaced With KLB Coup

JAKARTA - The conflict with the Democrat Party has recently been widely discussed by the public. Starting from efforts to take over the leadership of Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) through the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) which was shown openly. Until his father's secret action, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) won the chair of general chairman from Anas Urbaningrum.

SBY is said to be the mastermind behind the chaos of the Democratic Party. Because from his hands the coup culture in the party with the symbol of the Mercy Star was created.

The action to seize the party then resulted in reporting to the authorities. The two camps accuse each other of violating the party's statutes/bylaws to a lawsuit against defamation.

Now the fate of the Democrat Party is still under the dictation of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

SBY's Efforts to Take Over Democrats from Anas

The polemic of the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) in Deli Serdang that chose Moeldoko as General Chair (Ketum) reminded SBY's efforts to replace Anas Urbaningrum at that time.

The Presidium of the Indonesian Movements Association (PPI), Sri Mulyono, reviews the time when the Democrats were under the leadership of Anas Urbaningrum.

He revealed that after only one year serving as the Democrat Chairman, there had been several cases that tore apart Anas's leadership, such as the disclosure of his corruption.

The leadership of Anas Urbaningrum, according to Sri Mulyono, was stripped by Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) at the end of his tenure as President.

"I could not work at all, until early 2013, February 2013 Mr. SBY stripped Anas' leadership. So Chairman Anas was taken over by Mr. SBY, Anas was told to concentrate on his legal issues," said Sri Mulyono from the YouTube channel Akbar Faizal Uncensored, Sunday 14 March.

Sri Mulyono revealed, at that time on February 8, 2013, Anas Urbaningrum did not have any status and had not been named a suspect, only being summoned by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

"This is the beginning of the Democratic Party's coup here, this is the beginning. Why do I say a coup? Because the process of taking over the general chairman from Anas to SBY did not go through the Articles of Association/bylaws (AD/ART) mechanism," he said.

Asked whether SBY is currently facing karma. He considered so. According to him, the action carried out by SBY was the first coup that took place within the Democratic Party.

"There are many other incidents before, Mr. SBY gathered all the chairman of Regional Executive Board (DPD) I in Cikeas by not inviting Anas as chairman, this is also illegal and this is arrogant," he said.

These examples, continued Sri Mulyono, have been shown by SBY to all of his cadres. So that today the cadres will imitate what was done by SBY.

"Because we were taught this way, we just brushed Mr. SBY today, that's about like that. As Mr. Ruhut said, ants are stepped on to bite, especially those who are already struggling figures, seniors, that's automatically right," he said.

Sri Mulyono also reviewed a few of the congress events within the Democrats. He explained that at the second Bali Congress in 2005 there were five candidates proposed and in the final two names were left, namely Subur Budhisantoso and Hadi Utomo, then Hadi Utomo came out as the winner in a democratic way with 264 votes.

Then at the 2010 congress, there were three candidates, namely Andi Mallarangeng, Marzuki Alie, and Anas Urbaningrum. At the 2010 congress, according to Sri Mulyono, the election for the general chairman at that time was very democratic and Anas Urbaningrum was declared the winner in a democratic way.

Then in 2013, he disclosed, SBY took over the Democratic Party from Anas Urbaningrum in an undemocratic way and violated the Articles of Association (AD/ART) after which he said there was no more democracy in the Democrats.

"Mr. SBY appointed himself to be a General Chairman, a single candidate, after that Mr. SBY conditioned the AHY's acclamation of a single candidate, there was no more democracy. So it is Mr. SBY himself who kills democracy, not someone else," said Sri Mulyono.

AHY Coup in the KLB

On Friday, March 5, the Head of the Presidential Staff Office (KSP) Moeldoko was elected as the General Chair of the Democratic Party (PD) by voting at the Deli Serdang Extraordinary Congress (KLB), North Sumatra (Sumut).

This voting process begins with the submission of a candidate for chairman (caketum) in the Democratic KLB at The Hill Hotel and Resort, Deli Serdang. There were two names that were championed by the Democratic KLB participants, namely Moeldoko and Marzuki Alie.

Marzuki Alie was proposed by NTB representatives. Meanwhile, Moeldoko was mostly represented by Central Kalimantan, Central Sulawesi, West Papua, and Aceh.

Jhoni Allen Marbun, who chaired the Democrat KLB session, asked the participants to stand up if they chose Moeldoko. It also includes those who chose Marzuki Alie to stand.

"Earlier there were two names, calm down, there were two names, there was Mr. Moeldoko, and there was Mr. Marzuki Alie, applauding both of them. I asked (who chose) Mr. Moeldoko to stand up," said Jhoni.

At a political party congress, it is common for the general chairman to be elected through closed voting or representative votes from the regions. The standing vote turned out to be chosen in the Democratic KLB, which chose Moeldoko to be the general chairman.

"Mr. Marzuki Alie, how many people? Okay, we can see, that means more Mr. Moeldoko," said Jhoni.

"Agreed," he added.

The majority of the Democratic KLB participants seemed to stand more when choosing Moeldoko, while Marzuki Alie was less. The KLB Democrats finally decided to elect Moeldoko to be the Chairman of the Democratic Party for the period 2021-2025.

Through the Deli Serdang KLB, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) was dismissed as the general chairman of the Democratic Party.

"So with this decision, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) is declared a demisioner," said Jhoni.

Resulted in Report to the Court

After the decision of the Extraordinary Congress (KLB), the polemic has escalated to legal issues. The two sides came together to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, the District Court, and the Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

AHY's Democrat Party through its team of attorneys registered a lawsuit against the law (PMH) against 10 parties related to the holding of the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) in Sibolangit, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

Meanwhile, on the same day, a number of Democrat Party officials from the Moeldoko team reported Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) to the National Police's Criminal Investigation Agency. Those who reported were Damrizal, Ahmad Yahya, Yus Sudarso, Syofwatillah Mohzaib, to Franky Awom.

The first son of former President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) is suspected of falsifying the deed of establishment of the Democratic Party by including SBY's name as the founder of the party.

"So today we will report AHY who is strongly suspected of forging the authentic deed of the establishment of the Democratic Party," said Rusdiansyah as a lawyer at National Police's Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri), Jakarta, on Friday, March 12, 2021.

AHY, continued Rusdiansyah, in 2020, was suspected of forging the authentic deed of establishment of the Democratic Party by including his father's name as the founder of the Democratic Party. AHY is said to have changed the deed of establishment of the Democratic Party outside the congress forum.

"There are 59 people who became the founding fathers of the Democratic Party, but there is no SBY name," said Rusdiansyah. He considered that AHY wanted to change the history of the Democratic Party.

In reporting to AHY, Rusdiansyah brought a number of evidence such as the authentic deed of establishment of the Democratic Party in 2001, the Article of Associations and Bylaws of the Democratic Party in 2020, and Decree (SK) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkum HAM) 2020.
