TP3 Chairman Abdullah Hehamahua Prepares 2 Volumes Of Evidence Of 6 FPI Militias Death
JAKARTA - The Murder Incident Guard Team (TP3) of six Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) militias insisted that the death of the FPI militias was an act of serious human rights violations. TP3 claims to have two volumes of evidence.
TP3 Chairman Abdullah Hehamahua said the evidence that his party had shown serious human rights violations. This is because there is a structured, systematic, and massive effort behind the tragedy of the death of six FPI militias at KM 50 of the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road.
"God willing, we have the data there and now we are compiling it in the form of a 2-volume white book. Because the thick we made it into 2 volumes. The first volume is a summary and volume 2 is data," he said in a discussion entitled 'Revealed! Amien Rais intention to meet Jokowi on FPI!', On Sunday, March 14.
The plan, said Abdullah, is that in the near future the two volumes of evidence will be submitted to President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) and law enforcers.
"We will later convey this to the president, to the Chief of Police, Attorney General, National Commission of Human Rights, and related institutions both domestically and abroad," he said.

Previously, the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs (Menko Polhukam) Mahfud MD emphasized that the deaths of six FPI Militia were not serious human rights violations. The deaths of the six people were categorized as ordinary human rights violations.
"That the Komnas HAM findings of what happened at Cikampek KM 50 toll road are ordinary human rights violations," he said, at the Presidential Office, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, March 9.
Mahfud explained that a case is considered a serious violation if it meets three conditions, namely structured, systematic, and massive. Serious human rights violations also resulted in large or massive casualties.
