Investigating Allegations Of Corruption DAK Dikbud NTB Rp42 Billion, The Prosecutor's Office Is Still Gathering Information
NTB - The West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) is investigating allegations of corruption in the management of the NTB Education and Culture Office (Dikbud) special allocation fund (DAK) worth IDR 42 billion.
Assistant for Special Crimes (Aspidsus) of the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Elly Rahmawati, said the investigation was still related to gathering information from related parties.
"The investigation is still in the process of requesting information and data," he said in Mataram, NTB, Wednesday, May 29, which was confiscated by Antara.
Elly explained that the purpose of collecting data and information was to trace criminal events in the management of the DAK.
Regarding the direction of the investigation, he only mentioned that the prosecutor's office is currently investigating allegations of crimes that have emerged in the procurement of props and construction projects.
"What is clear is that in this investigation we are still looking for the criminal incident," he said.

The alleged crime that emerged in the management of the NTB Education and Culture DAK in 2023 was related to distribution.
There are a number of vocational schools that have not received a grant of equipment from the procurement of the program, even though the payment warrant (SPM) to one of the partners has been issued on December 1, 2023.
For development projects, criminal allegations arise from the work of the student practice room (RPS) SMK. It was recorded that there were 24 vocational schools that received development projects.
However, until the deadline for work on December 31, 2023, only two SMKs have entered the handover stage or provisional handover (PHO).
