Helicopter Carrying Iranian President Raisi And Officials Reported Emergency Landing
JAKARTA - Iranian state television on Sunday reported that a helicopter carrying President Ebrahim Raisi reportedly made an emergency landing.
Rescue teams are reportedly on their way to the scene.
Meanwhile, The National News said the incident occurred when President Raisi was on his way to East Azerbaijan Province.
He is believed to be traveling by helicopter with Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian, among other top officials, Tasnim news agency said.

An emergency landing was reported near the city of Jolfa. There has been no further official statement. However, Mehr media claimed President Raisi landed safely on Tabriz.
