The Arrest Of The Grand Max Driver, The Perpetrator Of The Pregnant Woman Hit And Run In Gambir, Due To The Latest Number
Central Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Unit named BH (33) the perpetrator of the hit-and-run of pregnant women with health workers (nakes) as suspects. The arrest of BH in Brebes started with the Grandmax car number plate used by the perpetrator, left behind at the crime scene (TKP).
"With the evidence left behind, a vehicle number plate G 1148 DG at the TKP, after checking that the owner was in Brebes, Central Java. The team immediately moved to Brebes to secure the perpetrator and was taken to the Central Jakarta Police," he said.
Head of Central Jakarta Metro Traffic Unit, Kompol Gomos Simamora, emphasized that suspect BH was charged with Article 310 paragraph 3 concerning Road Transport Traffic (LLAJ) so that he was threatened with five years in prison.
"For this incident, the perpetrator was suspected of violating Article 310(3) in conjunction with Article 312 in conjunction with Article 283 of Law No. 22 of 2022 concerning LLAJ," said Kompol Gomos when confirmed, Friday, May 17.
The accident began when the Daihatsu grand max vehicle with the number G 1148 DG driven by BH was traveling from north to south on Jalan Pejambon, Central Jakarta.
Arriving in front of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemlu) office, he hit from behind a Yamaha Nmax motorcycle with the number E 6679 J which was blocked by a relative with the initials KWT (29).

"The temporary assumption that the cause of the accident was that the grandmax driver was negligent or was not careful when driving the vehicle on public roads was unnatural or lacked concentration, resulting in a traffic accident," he said.
Meanwhile, the victim himself suffered injuries to his legs and hands as well as a passenger with the initials NYN (30) a woman suffered injuries to the head of the bruises and was unconscious at the time of the incident.
At the time of the incident, the victim NYN (30), who was pregnant, was injured and unconscious, was helped by PPSU members using a PPSU car to the hospital because the victim was injured.
PPSU officers took off their vests to help cover the wounds. And the victim is not a PPSU officer, the victim is a hospital pharmacist in Jakarta.
