Meta Set Workvivo By Zoom As Workplace Substitute Service

JAKARTA On May 14, Meta announced that it would be discontinuing the Workplace from Meta app. Before its services are terminated, Meta will give two years to migrate. As the only preferred partner, Meta directs its customers to migrate to Zoom's work communication platform, namely Workvivo. Meta will add features to migrate for customers interested in using Workvivo. If Workplace users decide to switch to Workvivo, they will get additional implementation services to support the transition. According to Workvivo's explanation, this service is free of additional costs. The CEO and Founder of Workvivo, John Goulding, in a statement that VOI accepts, said they would welcome the arrival of Workplace users with the best support. Workvivo will assist customers in switching platforms. "We understand that this news may be uncomfortable for Workplace customers from Meta," said John. "We believe that Workvivo is the right choice for Workplace customers from Meta to change job support platforms." John added that the process of transition from Workplace to Workvivo is a priority for the company. His party is trying to simplify the transition process so that newly joined customers like its platform and various features in it.

"Supporting customers through this transition is our top priority, and our team is working to simplify this process. We prioritize our customers, including Workplace customers from Meta," John explained. Workplace is a support platform for Zoom's recognized employee needs last year. Once recognized, this application continues to expand to more customers until it is finally selected as a transition partner for Workplace from Meta services. When announcing that the Workplace service will be discontinued, Meta said it wanted to focus on developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and metaverse technologies. Despite being stopped, Workplace will remain active and used as an internal platform of the company.
