TANGERANG - Police arrested three perpetrators suspected of producing and distributing synthetic tobacco drugs in the South Tangerang area. South Tangerang Police Chief, AKBP Ibnu Bagus Santoso said the case was revealed in the Serpong area, South Tangerang, Tuesday, April 23.

On that basis, his party pursued until he was finally arrested by the Supreme Court with evidence of 1.6 kg and green MDMA-4en-PINACA (excitation) powder with a gross weight of 6. grams, Tuesday, May 14, early in the morning.

Subsequently, his party conducted a search of the apartment. It turns out that there is a laboratory or place to produce synthetic narcotics with raw materials, cooking utensils and chemicals.

"The results of the examination of the suspect MA obtained information that he had committed an unlawful act in the circulation of synthetic tobacco narcotics since December 2023," he said

Based on the confession of the Supreme Court, continued Ibnu, he carried out his action ordered by perpetrator D. Now with the status of a wanted list (DPO).

For their actions, the three perpetrators were named suspects. They were charged with Article 114 paragraph (2) subs 112 paragraph (2) subs 113 paragraph (2) of Law NO.35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with a maximum threat of 20 years.
