Gisel's Video Case Hearing Is Closed To The Public
JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court is holding a closed trial of the immoral video case of Gisella Anastasia or Gisel and Michael Yukinonu Defretes with PP and MN as the defendants.
"The trial will be held closed to the public", said Judge Akhmad Suhel in room three of the South Jakarta District Court, as reported by Antara, Tuesday, March 9.
The follow-up trial scheduled the examination of witnesses presented by the Public Prosecutor (JPU).
MN lawyer Andreas Naho Silitonga said that his client had no intention of distributing the immoral video.
The video, he continued, was only sent by MN through a group on WhatsApp in the context of asking for the female character in the exciting video.

He also emphasized that MN had no unity of intention with the other defendants.
"If it's only in that group, I can't go there to access it, so it's very limited. It's different with Twitter, where anyone can access. So that's not quite right there", he said.
Supposedly, Gisel was also present at the follow-up hearing to hear his testimony as a witness. However, she was unable to attend the hearing this Tuesday because of her family business.
Gisel sent the request for postponement of the trial to the South Jakarta District Prosecutor's Office on Thursday, March 4.
