Police Reveal That The Motive For The Murder Of A Fried Rice Maker In Cilincing Is Because Of A Misunderstanding
The Cilincing Police Criminal Investigation Unit managed to apprehend Mohammad Mardiansyah (30) alias Bucing, who was the perpetrator of the murder of a fried rice seller on Jalan Baru Cilincing, RW 03 Kalibaru Village, Cilincing, North Jakarta, on Tuesday, April 9.
Cilincing Police Chief, Police Commissioner Fernando S. Saragih when confirmed, Thursday, April 18, said that based on the results of the examination, the motive for the murder was a misunderstanding.

Buting was arrested at his family's home on Kelapa Dua Island, North Thousand Islands District, Thousand Islands Regency on Wednesday, April 17.
"We have arrested the suspect in the Thousand Islands," said Fernando.
He explained that the arrest of Bucing was led by the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cilincing Police, Iptu Pilipi, who left using a fishing boat from the Cilincing Fisherman Village pier to Kelapa Dua Island on Wednesday morning.
The team then walked through residential areas, including relatives on Kelapa Dua Island to find the suspect's whereabouts.
"The suspect was hiding, but was found and immediately taken by fishing motorbike to the pier of the Cilincing fishing village," he said.
After that, he continued, the suspect was taken to his house in Kalibaru to show evidence, including two sharp weapons of the type of machete and clothes worn during his action.
"We took him to his residence to collect other evidence, after that he was immediately taken to the Sector Police," he said.

Kompol Fernando explained that the incident began when the victim was following a group of youths to wake up the sahur residents after selling fried rice.
"After selling, the victim joined the children to wake up the sahur using the sound system," he said.
At that time, someone else was riding a motorbike, causing a noisy sound on Jalan Baru Kalibaru in front of Pos RW 003. There was a verbal altercation, not long after, the motorcyclist returned with a sharp weapon and slashed the victim, who broke away from the group.
"As a result of the sharp object, the victim suffered lacerations to the shoulder and fractures to death," he said.
For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 351 Paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of 15 years in prison.
"The perpetrator is suspected of Article 338 of the Criminal Code and or Article 351 Paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code," he said.
