Giring Ganesha Denies Returning To Music Because He Failed To Become A Politician
JAKARTA - Giring Ganesha denied that his decision to return to music was because the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) failed to meet the parliamentary threshold. The former vocalist of Nidji said he would continue to make music even though he qualified for the DPR RI.
"Whether PSI wins or doesn't win, I have promised myself. I want to make a song, I want to sing again, miss the boss," said Giring Ganesha in Sarinah, Central Jakarta recently.
At least now is soloist, alone, and will create songs as well. Yesterday, the process was creating a song. It's been rioting too many times, you have to be given an attack like that," he continued.

Giring admitted that he had difficulty writing songs. Moreover, he felt there was a difference in the style of writing lyrics between his teammates and the current musicians.
Make lyrics much more difficult now. Because today's music lovers are different from my time. Now all the musicians are cool and poetic. I have to learn, I have to be like them," he said.
Although difficult, Giring wants to give his best after making a decision. He wants to return to enjoying the music process, in addition to his position as a politician.
"Politition is delicious if you see our cadres really working for the people, if we can help the people with policies. For musicians, it's nice to appreciate our work," concluded Giring.
