Polda Metro Delegates Former Case Of Dante's Death To The Prosecutor's Office
Polda Metro Jaya has transferred the case file or stage one of the cases of the death of Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante, the son of Tamara Tyasmara to the Prosecutor's Office. In this case, Yudha Arfandi is a suspect.
"Investigators filed a filing and then the investigator sent the file to the prosecutor's office," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ady Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Tuesday, April 2.
However, it was not conveyed about the time of delegation. It is only said that the research prosecutor team is currently examining the completeness of the case file.
If declared complete, then, the investigator will carry out stage two or transfer the suspect and evidence. Otherwise, investigators must complete it again according to the prosecutor's instructions.
"The prosecutor conducted a study as a series in this case, investigators are still waiting for the process of investigating case files from a colleague of the Prosecutor's Office," said Ade

In handling this case, investigators have carried out reconstructions in two locations, namely Polda Metro Jaya and Taman Pond Swimming Tirta, Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta.
In the reconstruction, there were 115 scenes that were re-enacted. In which, 65 of them described when the suspect buried Dante's body in the water.
Yudha Arfandi drowned Dante 12 times at different times.
Yudha Arfandi was charged with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and or Article 340 of the Criminal Code and or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and or Article 359 of the Criminal Code.
