This illegal building is also functioned as a nightclub, so that this demolition is supported by the TNI, Polri, kiyai, ulama, warriors, community organizations and the local community.
Despite receiving rejection from the attorney for the owner of a nightclub who claimed to have a property certificate (SHM), the Serang City Government still took firm steps to carry out the demolition.
"The building is a wild building that must be put in order, moreover the building has been converted into a nightclub, causing unrest among the local community," he said.
