Neuralink, Brain Chip Company Elon Musk, Moves Incorporation Location To Nevada
JAKARTA - Elon Musk's brain chip implantation company, Neuralink, has changed its incorporation site from Delaware to Nevada, according to the state's two business portals.
The development comes about a week after Musk said Tesla would vote on shareholders to transfer its incorporation site to Texas from Delaware after a judge canceled its payment package worth 56 billion US dollars (Rp875.1 trillion).

However, the switching of the incorporation location for Tesla could bring in obstacles such as investor lawsuits, especially if it is considered a step to guarantee its payment package, law experts say.
Musk said last week that Neuralink had implanted its first brain chip in a human patient, which recovered well after the procedure. Neuralink did not immediately respond to requests for comment from the media.
