Toddler Killed By King Cobra After Putting His Hand Into A Hole
TANGERANG - Toddler with the initials MN (4) died after being bitten by a cobra in Gempol Sari Village, East Sepatan, Tangerang Regency. East Sepatan sub-district, Miftah Shuritho said the incident occurred on Sunday, January 21, at 18.30 WIB.
Miftah said the incident began when the victim put his hand in a hole in his house. The victim thought the hole was a rat's nest.
"Suddenly after his hand went into the hole, the victim cried and was in pain. It turned out that after seeing the marks of the King Cobra venomous snake. The victim's mother who was also a witness then approached her crying child," said Miftah when confirmed, Monday, January 22.
The victim's mother immediately took MN to the Pakuhaji Regional General Hospital (RSUD). However, it turns out that the victim's life could not be saved because the venomous snake poison had spread quickly throughout MN's body.
"The victim's body was buried this morning," said Miftah.

Meanwhile, residents asked the Tangerang Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) officers to evacuate the snake.
"Ular was arrested. And taken to the Tangerang Regency BPBD," he said.
Miftah appealed to residents to diligently clean up trash in ditches and bushes. Because it is possible that snakes can breed.
"Hopefully in the future there will be no more victims of venomous snakes," he hoped.
