Execution Of Luxury Residentials In Menteng Gets Resistance, Officers Break The Door

JAKARTA - The Central Jakarta District Court through the bailiff vacated a luxury house on Jalan Lombok, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Monday, December 11.

The spokesman for the Central Jakarta District Court, Asmawan, said that the emptying of the 380 square meter house deployed hundreds of joint officers as many as 200 personnel from the National Police, TNI and Central Jakarta Satpol PP.

The execution had met resistance from the owner of the house by not opening the gate when he was about to be executed.

"We broke into the fence of the house. The reason is that when we wanted to execute the fence, the house was not opened," he said at the location, Monday, December 11.

Asmawan further said that the execution process was not a dispute. It is the process of transferring the right to the winner of the auction.

"So the Central Jakarta District Court held an auction of the land object," he said.

Asmawan ensured that what was done to the building on Jalan Lombok No 67, Menteng, Central Jakarta was in accordance with existing legal provisions.

After successfully breaking down the gate, the officers transported a number of houses owner's belongings and moved them to the side of the executed house.
