PKS Asks AMIN To Pay Attention To Migrant Workers If They Win The 2024 Election
TOKYO - Secretary General of the Japanese Center for Information and Services of the Prosperous Justice Party (PIP PKS) Dedy Saprudin hopes that the Indonesian Government can pay more attention to migrant workers, especially if the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair number 1 Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar wins the 2024 General Election.
"Of course, for migrant workers, if something happens, for example, Muslim sisters who are not allowed to wear the hijab, there will be support from the government in the future," said Dedy when met in the declaration of the candidate pair (paslon) AMIN in Tokyo, Sunday.
He also hopes that the cooperation between the Government of Indonesia and Japan can increase, thus making it easier in the field of employment and increasing the number of Indonesian workers in Japan.
"There is more cooperation and coordination between the Government of Indonesia and Japan, for example people who have the talent to be facilitated and improved again," he said.
Dedy added that in the future the government could also strengthen the protection of Indonesian citizens abroad, especially if there were threats or violations that befell them.

Regarding the 2024 General Election, he admitted that he was ready to make the pair of AMIN candidates supported by the party successful in the Coalition for Amendments with the National Democratic Party and the National Awakening Party.
"God willing, according to the direction of the center, we will be maximally committed to supporting and making AMIN a success for the president and vice president. We are working with high-ranking volunteers to uphold change," he said.
He admitted that the 2024 General Election gave its own challenges because at least they had to maintain the vote acquisition which in the 2019 PKS Election held the first position with the most votes in Japan.
"Of course it is a tough challenge to maintain. Therefore, other friends also carry out strategies for introducing vision and mission, ideas, not only abroad, but also friends in the regions," he added.
