Didi Global Alami "System Outage," Users Difficulty Message Taxi Services
Didi Global announced on Monday 27 November that its online taxi service app is experiencing "system outages" after users in several cities, including Beijing and Shanghai, reported difficulty ordering taxi services at night.
The company apologized for this issue through its official Weibo account and stated it was trying quickly to fix it.
Drivers and passengers began complaining about this problem at around 22.30 local time (14.30 GMT). Posting on Weibo, which shows the user's location, shows that this problem occurs in several provinces, from Zhejiang in the east to Jilin in the north.
