SEC Investigate Security Issues While X Is Still Twitter
JAKARTA - The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is currently conducting an investigation into security issues on Twitter, currently known as X, in 2018. This problem causes personal information from its users to spread.

Quoting from Engadget, the SEC is investigating whether the company was responsible at the time and disclosing their problems to shareholders.Elon Musk himself realized this security issue before buying Twitter.
According to him, Twitter has had a lot of safety-related issues in the last five years and they weren't right in protecting its user data. Still in the days before Musk took over Twitter, there were complaints from former Twitter Security Chief Peiter Mudge Zatko.
